If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

Super organizer motivating and inspiring coworkers to fight for a better future of members families during the 2015 janitorial contract

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

I would have to say that the contract campaign was my proudest moment: when I helped mobilized thousands of members to be on the streets and fight for their rights. Also, I was a proud member of the COPE brigade and was happy to promote workers agenda among our members and outside of working place.

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

Want to become even more effective leader and lead outside of my workplace in fights for $15, airport workers and a better America

Anything else you would like to add?

Super proud SEIU Local 1 member and a member of Millennium generation. Looking into the future with optimism and hope to fight for a better union, country and help the working people.
