If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?
Best teacher thru local # training fund, i have trained 0ver 1,500 unions members that they succeed in the maintenance areas such as hvac and electrical fields. Some of the members i have trained, they are chief engineers or instructors for the school.
What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.
Number one, proud to be a member of local #1. Two, proud to help other members in the training areas. Three, always fighting to expand our union.
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
To become a good local #1 union rep and fight for justice to our brothers and sisters.
