Selected as a “pioneer” of the labor management partnership at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL., I have learned a great deal about compromise. I am confident because my leaders at SEIU 1991have confidence in me.
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
Hopefully, if there is an opportunity to become an intern/ apprentice to an officer position , I will be able to promote the many injustices toward minorities in America.
