Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
I think it will be critical to learn more about local/statewide politics and how individual politicians can be moved (by members) to support and push agendas important to workers in a more meaningful way.
