The Loyal Steward, I am there whenever I am needed. I am not scared to have my voice heard.
What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.
My proudest moment was signing up my co -workers up to be full members. We are at 100%. I feel most proud because it has never been done at Centinela Skilled Hospital, Los Angeles.
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
I want to gain the membership of the surrounding facilities. I will have to volunteer my time after work to gain their confidence and educate people about the strength of being a member.
