I work in San Jose Calfornia for Santa Clara County in the District Attorney’s. I have worked for many years and a single representative in our office and now I have 6 or 7 stewards and I am Chief Steward. So I guess I would say I am the “Best recruiter of other leaders”.
MOST PERSISTENT: Because I always recruited the most members by going to new employee orientations with a 98% sign-up rate; for the new workers who don’t attend, I followed up with them up to 3 times, until I had a one-on-one conversation.
I am a passionate Union member who is always willing to stand up for injustice no matter what the cause!!!!
