Being able to take the IGNITE curriculum and do a workshop tying everything together during our Leadership Assembly and moving to a fill in role, for the HCPA political department and working with members across the state on the Academy program, incorporating the same knowledge base!
Including OE&I training in for HCPAs executive board. This should be the next stepping stone to having membership understand racial injustice. I think membership understands FF15 but the direct connection between the racial and economic injustice need to be tied more closely together.
I was honored to be able to go to IGNITE as a member and transition to staff shortly thereafter. The facilitation experience I gained was AWESOME!
