If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

Most Likely to build from ashes.To be able to have no members,to be able to build a leadership team,from nothing.To have these members realize their own impowerment and the power of the union United

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

Forming a committee on domestic violence &victims of violen crimes.To be able to share my story and help guide/direct others towards resources .Also,working on SB4 and winning/testifying against amending the Constitution .In the process,becoming a recognized lobbyist.Also,being a part of FF$15 .I was a part from the beginning in Detroit and see how far&fast the movement has progressed

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
