Person to lead by example. I focused on keeping members excited about the progress that we've made together as a TEAM. Reminding them to stay strong, stay focused, continue to be engaged and keep a positive attitude. Also made efforts to reach out to other to see what things matter to them the most.

My Proud moments have been sharing my experiences with SEIU 1000, Ignite and Leadership development which has helped me become a better leader. Ive educated members on things that are more important than Bad Management within our Department

My next step will be to work on Self development ,speaking without being nervous and become more familiar with politics in order to do a better job at worksites
