If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

“Never Gives Up”

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

Getting people enrolled into healthcare, was really life changing for me. As a healthcare worker, I see people struggle to find access to care all the time. Through our enrollment events I felt like I was really making a difference in the lives of people. (Kaiser West Los Angeles)

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

Oscar is committed to success. He works tirelessly witha team of members to continually exceed expectations. I have witnessed Oscar’s commitment to success while gathering signatures for our Minimum Wage ballot measure; volunteering at our enrollment events.
