If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

My superlative would be "Most likely to put the work in" after returning from the ignite conference in St. Louis, I was apart of starting our local FF$15 group in Syracuse and have remained on the front line trying to make it a reality for all low wage workers.

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

One of my proudest moments was presenting a myth busting presentation to the City and News outlets on one of our days of actions and being an active agent of change in regards to changing the dialogue about low wage workers.

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

I want to become more knowledgeable about the circumstances of working people, and to be able to agitate the community to action around these issues. Being more knowledgeable will help me address more member concerns which should result in me becoming a better more receptive leader.
