Most Likely to grow Leadership and Turnout. In the past year I have used the right to work training in several of my locals and the union density in others it has had an impact in helping educate and grow our leadership base and membership.

Right after the Ignite Conference one of my participants came back to her local and ran with the SPARK. She started holding her own meetings and did a membership drive where she signed up 10 people in one day in which 2 are now leaders.

Just to continue to grow as a person in my professional life as well as in my personal life. Continue to bring new leaders into the organization. This will help our movement by growing our base and then expanding our knowledge to others in our continued fight.
