If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

“Determined”

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

“I cried the moment we celebrated successfully enrolling 10,000 Californians into healthcare, I thought wow – we did that!” (Kaiser Orange County)

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

When we were doing planning and prep to roll out Minimum Wage at our Leadership Assembly – Brandy OWNED the role of co-facilitator helping hundreds of UHW member leaders fully connect the dots on our statewide minimum wage strategy. Brandy followed up her work at leadership assembly by moving petitions across her facility. Additionally Brandy was the voice for healthcare workers wanting to see the wage raised in multiple endorsement meetings in Orange County.
