If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?
Opt-out Flipper- because with members having that choice to be in the union or not I got to talk to members who wants to opt-out and flip them back to being in our AWESOME union.
What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.
Inspiring stories of members from all different Locals and using those experience with members with similar stories and making a connection.
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
I am now an Organizer in our Local and from being a member and learning and experiencing the different Roles I learned and use that to get where I am now. I want for my members to have that experience and move up to the next level.

Be Passionate of the work you do and know your doing it for yourself and be Proud of it because your hard work matter and it makes a difference in LIFE.
