If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

Agitation and use commonalities. Organize members to volunteer and March at the McDonald Headquarters

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

1. Marching to McDonald head quatters on a mission for fight for 15.
2. Going to AFRAM conference in Detroit.
3. Being actively involved in helping elect a union minded Prim Minister
Trudeau.(by going door to door, phone banking and driving people to the pulling station). Getting members involved in door knocking

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

Motivating other members, educating members to volunteer more and making their voices heard through our political fight, taking initiative to lead.

Anything else you would like to add?

Spreading & duplicating my knowledge, redirection members to focus on their voters right and their voices. Because I believe that if we vote the right person in power our calls would be answered. Start the conversation wherever we are about union indencity and also organizing the unorganized.
