Mike and Connie have led our New Employee Orientation program for Kaiser Employees for the last few years. They have fined-tuned a program that educates incoming members about the importance of getting involved in politics. Over 60% of the workers they talk to through NEOs, volunteer to contribute to COPE. Over the past 2 and a half years they have been able to collect nearly 700 cards at an average of just under $10 per month. They are the first exposure most employees have to the union have done an amazing job of being a welcoming and informative duo.
