If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

"Best Coalition Builder" because i helped develop our local’s presence in local politics and coalitions in our area.

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

Our Local won the Best Local award this year from the Southwest Washington Labor Round Table. In the past year, we started attending, and now they are larger in size, and for the first time ever, has not only their their first female attendee, but a larger female presence overall. The coalition has since taken on a broader to better reflect the labor neighborhood in the area. Not just industry workers (like carpenters and IBEW), but teachers and nurses, etc. And the early childhood educators are starting to attend now.

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

I would like to learn how to initiating and following through projects.

Anything else you would like to add?

because of our influence, in clark county, wa, they’re now recognizing safe, affordable housing as a larger concern for low-income workers.
