If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

The Convicted – The leaders I was blessed to meet , not only had their leadership skills shine through with each interaction , but also their conviction to encourage & build skills skills in others was amazing.

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

Every time another member steps up to become more involved , every time they dig deeper to find resolutions, every time they acknowledge that they have grown as leaders in their work environment , their community , &/or politically .

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

I would like to build community based teams & coalitions that our members can participate or lead in that incorporates the priorities of the program .

Anything else you would like to add?

I feel privileged to have been a pert of the training program & hope to be able to participate again moving forward. .
