What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.
I was on FMLA and I had quite a few members call me to let me know that they were praying and that they would hate to lose me because of the aide I had given them over the years. It made me feel good and it let me know that even though being a leader has no monetary compensation. There IS compensation. Just that alone made me want to keep going.
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
I want to do unit clarification in Cleveland school.
