What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.
1.) Leading the FF15 campaign in Los Angeles and actually being in front of Gov. Jerry Brown while he signed the bill!
2.) Achieving over 7,000+ signatures for Prop 30 in a matter of 2 weeks w/ the best Political Organizer Deema Lopez!
3.) Building leaders and worksite action teams in EDD offices
4.) Becoming a SEIU hearing officer and earning a seat on the committee for the API & LA Federation of Labor!
Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?
Form strategic alliances with community groups & join movements like the FF15 achieve a union.
