If there were a leadership yearbook, what would your yearbook superlative be and why?

a. Most caring and cheer ‘em on award because I care about everyone and want to motivate others.

What is one of your proudest leadership moments during the past year and why? Feel free to share more than one.

I have always been passionate about immigration reform, this year I talked to a lot of people registered to vote and to become citizenships so when I hear from them that they have voted or become citizens, that’s my proudest moment.

Looking ahead to this year, what do you want to be the next step in your development as a leader? How will that step help our movement for economic and racial justice?

To get more people involved, to be passionate like me and even more than me. I always pray that I will say the right words so our members can see the beauty of being in our union and what it is like to be a leader standing up and making us stronger!

Anything else you would like to add?

I really happy to see our union leadership have chosen the right people to guide us and build our skills.
